課程概述	This class is taught by both lecturer dr. János BÓKA, University of Szeged, Faculty of Law, Hungary, and Tsung-fu Chen jointly. We will prepare ten cases and some reading materials for students to read in advance and discuss these cases in the class. The topics include essential issues of comparative contract law (please see the syllabus). It will enforce the students' ability to handle contract law in diverse perspective of laws around the world.
課程目標	1.使同學認識國際契約法規範 2.使同學瞭解契約法的發展 3.使同學可以英文表達契約法的概念與規則
課程要求	同學必須上課，不得無故不到課。學期末提出學期報告。同學必須參與討論，並隨時準備發表意見或回答問題。
